Giovanni hails from Furore, on the Amalfi Coast (Italy) where he learned to love the culinary arts at a very young age.

He worked in the dining room of his family’s restaurant Antica Hostaria di Bacco, in Furore. Fine dining is embedded in Giovanni’s blood; his mother, Erminia, is an Executive Chef and his father Raffaele reigned as food and wine connoisseur.
